WV Seichas Service was founded by Virginia Primo in Central Florida. We build driveways, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, pool coping and lawns for homeowners across the region. Every project is done by our own crew, never subcontracted.

WV Seichas Service was founded in 2020 by Virginia Primo. After years of working in construction and seeing firsthand how the right hardscape transforms an outdoor space, Virginia launched her own company to bring that same quality directly to homeowners across Central Florida.
Every project is done by our own crew. We do not use subcontractors. That means the same people who show up for the estimate are the ones doing your driveway, patio or outdoor kitchen. Virginia stays involved from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.
